That being said, we do offer fitness-style classes that use dumbbells, classes that use small equipment like the Pilates circle or a Pilates ball, and we also have videos that use large equipment like the Reformer and Pilates chair. In every class description, we detail the required equipment, ensuring you’re well-informed before diving in. In a perfect scenario, we recommend that you strive for at least three strength training sessions per week, three Pilates sessions per week, and a minimum of 7,500 steps per day. However, the reality is, you understand the season of life you’re in and what’s realistically achievable for you. With our diverse class options, ranging from quick 10-minute sessions to more extended 55-minute ones, every bit counts. Remember, even a 5-minute class is a step in the right direction, better than not having a class at all.

We made a point to provide an array of classes, particularly around 30 minutes, delivering impactful workouts—responding to the most requested session length. However, we also offer flexibility with classes ranging from as short as 10 minutes to as long as 55 minutes. Everybody’s results are different because we all have different goals and we all start from different points. The key to any change is consistency. We do suggest writing down your goals and checking back in with yourself at least once a week on your progress. If you ever feel like you need a bit more help, you can always schedule a virtual session with any of our teachers to get some one one-on-one assistance and guidance. 

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. However, physical change and mindset shift both take time and we recommend using the Cure Online platform for at least 3 months to create routines that build lasting lifestyle change.
