What should I wear to class?
We suggest you wear comfortable snug fitting clothing, with minimal jewelry and your hair pulled up if you have long hair. We suggest that men wear compression shorts under their shorts. Shoes are not worn in Pilates and for hygiene and safety reasons you will be required to wear socks with grippers. Individual toe socks with grippers are recommend as they allow your individual toes to move freely.

How long are your sessions?
All sessions are 50 minutes at Pilates Cure.

Do I need to bring anything?
All you have to bring is yourself and a pair of socks with grippers! We do also suggest you bring a bottle of water and possibly a hand towel. If you wish to bring your own reformer handles or reformer mat to the studio, you are welcome to do so.

What is your cancellation policy?
We have a strict 24 hour cancelation policy. Please let us know as soon as you realize you will not be able to make your session.

What if I have injuries, can I still practice Pilates?
Yes! We suggest you take private lessons to learn how you can modify the exercises for your injury before taking group classes.
